Refunds & Replacements Policy

Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not refund or replace goods if you simply change your mind. However, you can choose a refund or replacement if the goods

  • have a fault you did not know about when you purchased it
  • are different to what wineArt described or advertised
  • don’t match our sample (As our consumer products are ‘Preservative Free’ and ‘Chemical Free’ some may differ from products that do contain preservatives and/or chemicals.)
  • wine is returned within 72 hours of purchase or delivery
  • other products are returned within 30 days of purchase

We will cheerfully refund your money or exchange the product when you present proof of purchase. If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will also cover the cost of delivery for the return.
